I hold strong views on professional conduct and the fair exchange for my services. Regardless of how many years I spend studying and working in this industry, this does not entitle myself or anyone like me to charge a higher price.

I also believe that the best form of advertisement is word-of-mouth. Satisfied clients are more valuable than any marketing brochure or banner ad and I achieve this through consistent demonstrations of professional, reliable work. I love what I do and I love working to help others improve their business through the use of technology.

I only hope that my love for this work is evident in the skill and craftsmanship displayed in the project and client sites in which I participate.

Guarantees and Practices

For every project, I only accept as much as 50% initially and the remaining amount is saved until you are completely satisfied with the outcome. Regardless of the scope of changes, within reason, your project will continue to be worked on until you say it is ready.

Any additional charges that are applied to a project are discussed beforehand so that you never have to worry about an unexpected fee. Before a charge can be placed on an invoice, it passes my review and is sent to you for a sign-off. If you don't agree with a charge, we can review the changes and find a way to make the changes further down the road or find a better solution that won't require additional work to meet your goals.

Hosting is provided for free for the life of your project through special arrangements with a reliable, well-established hosting company. You will never have to worry about paying a monthly or yearly bill for a web presence. Any potential downtime for server upkeep will be announced 24 hours prior and kept to an absolute minimum.

Support for code written or implemented through my services is guaranteed for the life of a project. If 3 years pass and something breaks, it will be repaired at no cost to you.
